System requirements: You must have a PC or Macintosh computer
with recent version software, an Internet or AOL connection and
if necessary, a printer. PregnancyMD.org assumes no responsibility
for any failures of hardware or software which are human or technical
in nature.
Members must provide a valid e-mail address in order to receive
Passwords, or User recognition details in the event that Passwords
are lost.
PregnancyMD Ltd reserves the right to refuse membership for any
reason.
PregnancyMD Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Program should
virus’ or any other cause beyond the control of PregnancyMD Ltd
corrupt the administration, security or proper function of the Diagnostic
Program.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting
PregnancyMD Ltd by e-mail at
admin@pregnancymd.org
Members may continue to use the Diagnostic Program for a period
of five (5) years from the date of Sign-Up. Upon completion of the
Diagnosis, members will be able to access their files for a period
of one (1) year from the date Diagnosis is made. Printouts of the
results of all their Diagnostic Events may be made at any time within
this period.
Neither PregnancyMD Ltd, nor any of its consultants, advisors,
directors, officers or employees will be held liable in any way
whatsoever and shall be held harmless against any liability or any
injuries, losses, damages of any kind to any person using this site
or any affiliated person, including illness, death, or property
resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, use, misuse or participation in the Program.
