patients-online is a new Austrian health-platform that represents the first health-guide for the entire healthcare system, involving active participation from the patients themselves – completely free of charge.  
To date, patients-online offers more than 25.000 subject-oriented sets of data on more than 100 diagnoses, healthcare institutions and situations. Further features include personal impressions and opinions of patients themselves.  
The idea behind patients-online: Usually, patients who have had personal experiences with the healthcare system have a pretty good idea of what is important. In order to guarantee the quality and reliability of this information, it is screened by our professional staff, before it is posted online.
